I’m a Licensed Clinical and Counselling Psychologist (UK) and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT, CA, USA). Your privacy is paramount, and I utilize secure online platforms, as well as options like FaceTime, WhatsApp, and phone sessions, to accommodate your needs.

By blending the latest developments in neuroscience with evidence-based Western and Eastern psychology, I provide a comprehensive, integrative treatment experience that incorporates Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy and Stress Reduction (MBCT/MBSR), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and non-judgmental compassionate-based talk therapy.
